Apple and Android Devices

The following terms apply when you use a mobile application obtained from either the Apple Store or Google Play (each an “App Distributor”) to access the Site: (1) the license granted to you for our mobile application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on a device that utilizes the Apple iOS or Android operating systems, as applicable, and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the applicable App Distributor’s terms of service; (2) we are responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the mobile application as specified in the terms and conditions of this mobile application license contained in these Terms of Use or as otherwise required under applicable law, and you acknowledge that each App Distributor has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the mobile application; (3) in the event of any failure of the mobile application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the applicable App Distributor, and the App Distributor, in accordance with its terms and policies, may refund the purchase price, if any, paid for the mobile application, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App Distributor will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the mobile application; (4) you represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties; (5) you must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the mobile application, e.g., if you have a VoIP application, then you must not be in violation of their wireless data service agreement when using the mobile application; and (6) you acknowledge and agree that the App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of the terms and conditions in this mobile application license contained in these Terms of Use, and that each App Distributor will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the terms and conditions in this mobile application license contained in these Terms of Use against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

Purchase Price

You the User agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Products, Services, Website Development, Custom Development, Consulting, Membership, Workshops, Hosting, Events and Specialized Services or Custom Work as posted on the Site per Products, Services, Website Development, Custom Development, Consulting, Membership, Workshops, Hosting that is offered or services rendered.

Date Changes Policy

We hold the right to change any release date of Products, Services, Website Development, Custom Development, Consulting, Membership, Workshops, Hosting and or Events without warning, advance notification or notice. An even if You the User has already paid for them in advance. This may be due to circumstances beyond our control. If a live event or workshop date is changed to a later date, we will honor the reservation for this date change for the client or You the User. Due to this change if they can’t attend that date, We will hold their credit for a future training session. However, if a live event or workshop is completely cancelled with no future release date We will refund the amount of the event or workshop to the consumer or user.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Our Company states that ALL SALES ARE FINAL! ALL PRODUCTS, SERVICES, WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT, CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT, CONSULTING, HOSTING, MEMBERSHIP, WORKSHOPS, EVENTS AND SPECIALIZED SERVICES AND OR ANY CUSTOM WORK RENDERED WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PAID IN FULL NO EXCEPTION ONCE THE ORDER HAS BE PLACED AND BEGUN.

User Membership Subscription Cancellations

We feel that You the User can use our Site , Products, Services, Website Development, Custom Development, Consulting, Membership, Workshops, Hosting and Events to improve their business. In addition We hope it will affect You the User in their business and personal life to help them grow. However, You the User are ultimately responsible for your own success, happiness and satisfaction. Therefore, Company/Site hosting services or any subscription fees are neither refundable nor transferable unless otherwise stated. All membership fees are set up with auto renew with an automatic credit card payment. Please see below your type of membership style for further details.

Monthly Subscription: For monthly subscription purchases for Website Hosting and other services. All Sales Are Final. We ask that if You the User wish to cancel, please do so in writing by email: Support@TotalTeck.Net with the subject line as Please Cancel My Membership 30 days BEFORE your renewal date each month. Otherwise You the Users contact will auto renew without notice for another month term without refund or any pro-ration.

Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases for Website Hosting and other services, You the User have THIRTY (30) days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Total Teck yearly subscription. After the 30 days Total Teck subscription fees are neither refundable nor transferable. All membership fees are set up with auto renew with an automatic credit card payment. We ask that if You the User wishes to cancel by email: Support@TotalTeck.net with the subject line as Please Cancel My Membership 30 days BEFORE your annual renewal date. Otherwise You the Users contact will auto renew without notice for another year term without refund or any pro-ration.

Refund Policy & Limited Warranty Policy

Users purchase of a product, service or ticket to an event or workshop will not be refunded for any reason. Total Teck States that all sales are final. Any and all work for services must be paid in full once they are completed. I the User agrees that all sales are final and no refund will be received by I the User. All Invoices must be paid for immediately after the services are rendered. Any disputes on any invoices will be discussed but no refunds will be given. All sales, services, meetings once completed will be invoiced and paid in full.

There may be some company memberships, products, training, workshops, events or even specialized services purchased from this Site are available with a limited money-back warranty policy. In many cases, a trial period is offered and it’s best to cancel before the end of that period. The warranty shall last for 30 days.

The Warranty Policy provided starts in effect on the date of purchase. The deadline for You the User to cancel this for money back will be at midnight on the 30^th day. After this time frame, I the User agrees that all sales are final and no refund will be received by I the User.

If it is a membership service you will only be entitled back one membership term.
